Who we are

Breastfeeding is natural, but it isn’t always easy. You deserve support that meets you where you are, honors your goals, and adapts as your needs change. That’s where I come in.

My own journey into lactation support began in 2014, after joining a mother’s support group with my first baby. As a parent of two, I’ve navigated many of the challenges families face: painful latches, oral restrictions, mastitis, milk supply concerns, returning to work, and the emotional weight that often comes with feeding struggles. Those early experiences, especially the power of community and compassionate guidance, shaped my desire to support other families through their own journeys.

After breastfeeding my children for a combined total of over four years, I transitioned from a career in graphic design into lactation education. I earned my Master’s in Human Lactation from Union Institute & University in 2023 and am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

I believe your well-being matters just as much as your feeding goals. Together, we’ll create a plan that supports both your baby and you, without pressure or judgment. You’re welcome to meet with me in my cozy Jacksonville office, or we can connect virtually from wherever you are.
